YOU CAN STOP SMOKING – part 2/2
i know you can.
i did.
there’s too many reasons to list, but here are just a few of my own anyway…
- for my body and mind
- for everyone who loves and cares about me
- for my future children and all children
- for my godfather and everyone who has suffered from smoking related illness
- to stop supporting cigarette companies and their practices
- to keep the air as clean as possible
- so i never litter ever
- to reduce the risk of fires
- to smell delicious all the time
- to taste and enjoy flavour to the fullest
- to stay forever young
tell me yours.
share your smoking/quitting experiences.
this is for positive support.

I think people who smoke for this reason, really just want to learn to meditate but dont know how. Meditating is just that, “taking the time” to stop worrying about everything, and just feel your true self. Meditation is something I’m just getting into, but I feel this would really help you with smoking, so for now, osho*com/Main*cfm?Area=Meditation&Language=English (replace * with .)try some of the excersises in here, I hope they really do you good.

That was beautiful, love that you blow bubbles. you mentioned “there was no replacement for taking the time to smoke cigarretes”, I think that’s true, in our society it’s the only excuse to go and take the time. I think bright sensitive people like you smoke cause they dont know how to “take the time”

Good luck with not smoking. I’m always happy to hear when someone stops.
